Our 1-Day course covers the content of the Level 1 course but also expands on the effects of drugs and alcohol, incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and covers ways in which a positive mental health culture can be supported within a workplace.
Who Should Attend
The course is for everyone aged 16 and upwards. You do not need any qualifications or experience in mental health to take part.
Numbers
Due to some of the sensitive subjects of the courses, we limit numbers to 16 people. We want everyone to feel safe and our instructors can help if people find some parts particularly difficult.

A Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health will be issued to the learner, subject to successful assessment.
