Mental Health Awareness Level 1
Our half-day course is aimed at providing learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions and the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost the person towards professional help.
Who Should Attend
The course is for everyone aged 16 and upwards. You do not need any qualifications or experience in mental health to take part.
Due to some of the sensitive subjects of the courses, we limit numbers to 16 people. We want everyone to feel safe and our instructors can help if people find some parts particularly difficult.

Certification A Level 1 Award in Awareness for First Aid for Mental Health will be issued to the learner, subject to successful assessment.
